- For stainless steel watch have 12 months warranty, alloy watch have 6 months waranty.
- Under the terms of this warranty, if the product have a failure occurs under normal usage within warranty period, MEMA WATCH will provide free new products based on the proof-documents

- What's your MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ is 300-500pcs per model, could mix color with the same case.
- What's the delivery time?
A: Normally, for stainless steel watch, our production time is 40-50 days after confirm products details and get the payment. For alloy watch, the delivery time is 30 days.
- What about the Certification of your productions?
A: We can provide CE, ISO90001, RoHs certification.

- What is your packing based on the price you quoted?
A:The price we quoted is based on Bubble bag and white paper bag then export carton that we normally use. If you want leather box/paper box with your logo, it need extra fee.
- What's the delivery time?
A: bulk order production time is 45-60 working days after confirm with every details (according your watch model).
